KAKUL: Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah stated on Saturday that ‘any Indian act of aggression – intentional or even a strategic miscalculation – would not enjoy impunity’.
“We shall defend our sovereignty and territorial integrity with full might at all costs,” the Navy chief said while addressing the passing out parade of 35th Graduate course at Pakistan Military Academy.
“Pakistan has a history of facing perils and successfully surmounting them. The challenges that the nation has faced over the past few decades has made it more resilient and stronger,” he added.
According to Zakaullah, the unresolved disputes and challenges mandate a constant vigil on internal and external fronts. He said the nation’s commitment to eradicate terrorism and extremism remains unwavering.
Operation Zarb-e-Azb, he said, is nearing conclusion and pursuance of the National Action Plan (NAP), exemplifies the commitment and resolve of the entire nation and its armed forces to defeat this scourge. “Pakistan remains undeterred and will continue its march, until we have secured our homeland against forces inimical to our progress and prosperity,” he said.
“Indian-Occupied Kashmir (IOK) continues to bleed while Pakistan is being continuously subjected to a volley of false accusations by India, the world can no more be misguided by the litany of falsehoods to divert global attention from atrocities in IOK,” Zakaullah maintained.
Commandant PMA Major General Nadeem Raza, senior officers from the three forces, parents of the graduating cadets were present at the function.
